hey chef, I will post a pic of me in there....sorry wasn't thinking....The height in the center is 6'6"...It will be a little tight after insulation, plywood, and wall material....Due to this height I'm thinking I will be putting in some kind of track lighting closer to the walls where I won't be walking and hitting my head

Make sure you install your serving window curb side. (Passenger side of vehicle)

That's the way I went too. I got my awning from awningsonline.com or something like that. It is a sunsetter. Get the units with the more expensive hardware. The cheaper stuff is just that. I got a full hood from kitchenstainlesshoods.com For windows I went to a local rv dealer picked windows I saw on trailers from the lot and they ordered replacement ones from the manufacturers for me. I went with ones that are more vertical so I didn't have to cut the already wimpy wall studs. Small ones 12" x 18" cost me around $90 each and I had then in a week. I built my own concession window with steel sq. tubing and aluminum angle. I made the window split vertical near the middle so when they are open the menu displays on the door insides. I also made a generator compartment which I currently store extra jugs of water in. On my site I am hooked to power but have no water supply there or grey water. As for the inside height I ended up using wide florescents and placed them as close to the outside walls as possible and they are not in the way at all.

Well I've been looking around locally without much luck....I did find a place online called "Humphrey's".....Anyone know of these guys? These are the prices I got quoted for a window, screen, and awning....Metal finish, painting is extra and toooo much $$$..... 3' x 4' window and screen $311... awning to match $331 total $642 - this would be my main serving window with a large horizontal slider 17"w x 26"h...this window would go on one of the back doors, and would be an extra window, and maybe a serving window at some events....This window opens vertically and also has a screen.....price for the window and screen is $171 again metal finish.....awning for this window is $224 for a total of $395.... Anyone have any input here...Seems a but pricey, but I kind of thought that for custom windows.

That price is actually cheap compared to some of the places I called. I actually was going to use Humphrey's but they do not take credit cards or Western Union, etc. I had to mail them a check and than wait. A bit too low tech and made me kind of apprehensive about using them. I am building my own window and awning using aluminum I ordered from Orange Aluminum's website. I will post pictures in my thread once I begin on the awning, etc..

Those prices are not bad at all considering for me to build my own was almost that much in materials. One thing you might be careful of is the height of the window vs your countertop heights vs your ceilings with lighting heights. You may need to box in the rounded corners of the trailer to run your wiring through. I have more square top roof corners than you and my studs made it difficult to run wires in the corners so I boxed in a wire channel like 3 inches down and inword from the ceiling inside corner. Which may take away ceiling height at your windows. I hope that made sense. I ended up using an actual rv awning above my conc. window and the window height to the roof was very tight.

Latest update: Still looking for windows...Seems like they are hard to come by....A guy named "The Trailer Guy" here in NH keeps blowing me off, saying he will call me and email pics and prices of windows but he is not coming through..... "Challenger Door" in Indiana I was playing phone tag with....I eventually left a message in detail as to what I was looking for, and that I would like an estimate...She called back saying she (Tina) saying she needed more info....I got a hold of her and we went over everything...We went into great detail....She told me she would call me the next morning with prices, and that if I didnt answer the phone she would leave a message.... That was 2 days ago, and still no response....I'm really getting tired of begging these businesses to take my business....I am a big proponent of quality customer service....I would rather pay a little more knowing I got CS..... I have been out of work a long time so I really need to get this thing going too....Wish me luck that someone wants to do business with me....

Go to Home Depot or Lowes and order the window you need. They can have anything you want made up. Get it with tempered glass.

You can get an rv type of awning but don't get a less expensive one - the hardware is junk on the cheap ones. Had mine ripped off last week by the wind - of coarse it would have helped if my daughter had put it away when the wind picked up - DOH.
