New York BBQ Seminar

Yesterday it was a real pleasure to here the Sterns presentation at Madison Sq. Park in New York City. A couple of things I didn't have a chance to comment on: 1. You were talking about not many places around Natchez, Mississippi, but we ate at a place there which was in one of your books, Eating Across the USA, it was called Mama's and it was really good and paricularly the pies.2) How do restaurants get taken out of your books? One place we really enjoyed was M & M in Butte, MT. it was a rteally terrific breakfast and the place really had a lit of character. In a subsequent book it was left out and I was wondering why? Thanks and keep up the good work.
