I agree. I started this mess by one little attempt to be funny. Could we go back to Shelly and her impending collision with the bar crowd and debate the merits of plus-sizedness elsewhere?

Shelly and others serving the late night crowd, how about serving a breakfast type item(s). Scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, refrieds, etc. Could be a breakfast burrito. I personally do not like flour tortillas. I've been known to toss the tortilla(not much left after the toss) and eat the filling with a bit of hot sauce added.Try heating a honey bun or fried pie on the grill. Lots of hot coffee cold milk and maybe OJ.Keep those precious onions sizzling on the grill with a fan blowing their fragrance into the early morning air.
Now, are we back and somewhat on track?

Super size shelly Will serve the late nite crowd (when i get the go ahead) And what and for how long will need to be seen after the first nite. I am not afraid, i am excited, I am hoping i will make some money and some friends. Food brings people together.
rick, you are not so funny. No only kidding. i am okay with your spin on humor. No harm. I am fat and that is FACT. I know it and i know why. LOVE LOVE LOVE food. I love to eat!! and i love to cook and eat and i love to go out to eat. So if i can deal with it. And hubby loves me and i am a friendly person, NO problem.

Lost in all the jokes of the last few days was the original point of my post.

Shelly, what is your marketing plan at the club?

Don't actually have one. If i get the call. (i haven't gotten it yet. I hope they didn't decide NOT to do it.) I just figured i would just show up and see how it goes and then after i get a feel for the crowd i would decide. I( know that probably isn't the most effective but i am not sure what else to do.

Shelly, I do think you have a plan, perhaps a bit foggy at the moment. Step back, look at your opportunities from the outside looking in. Be thoughtful, find a good location, serve what the folks are looking for.
