Well temporarily anyways. 36 years with the Treasury dept, 11 years doing the same job, which I really like but am tired of. Yesterday I was selected for a 6 month detail into a totally different position with a big pay increase. It has a decent chance of becoming permanent. It is still a midnight shift, which I've done since 1984 and really like.

Hey Mike, Glad to hear about you new position. I gotta tell ya, you're a better man than me. I had to work the graveyard shift for two years in my younger days. I was like a bear for those two years. I just couldn't adjust at all.
