Hello, first time on. Looking a buying a Ford short bus and converting into a food truck. Best place for equipment and exhaust overhead vent.

For used equipment, look at the places that do repair work. They are not the "shiny" places. The best prices can be found at places that you think looks like a junk yard. All that lovely stainless can be cleaned up.
