New to forum

Hello all my name is Lou
I use to have a small restaurant in a mall setting years ago.
I'm currently in the industry just don't have a restaurant.
But that will change ...

My business provides a fire preventive service for the restaurant industry.

Nice Pics but it shouldn't have appeared in the forum under where to eat in Phx.

The pic in the place to eat in forum was my convoluted way to show that I know of restaurants in Phoenix.

I know many very, very well.

I got foam baby!! I have 7 foamers from 5 gallons up to 30 gallons some are lafferty and the rest are frpm foam it!!

I have owned 3 restaurants myself Lou.I had 2 that were successful,a pizza place and a chicken and rib joint which I sold and one I bought and never opened.I toy with the idea of opening another one(I buy restaurant equipment when I find good good deals),and have enough equipment stored to open aleast 2 places now. Whenever I start to think seriously about doing it again I remember what a daily grind it was and how much overhead you have in a restaurant,and the shear amount of sales you need to do to really make a worthwhile profit.Have you ever considered a nice concession trailer Lou? I have three I am still in the process of setting up,2 waymatics and a custom sales stainless hot dog trailer.I would stick with the KEC cleaning business and try the concession trailer route first and maybe you might not want a full blown restaurant.I miss the fun we had running the restaurants,but not the aggravation and the overhead.

I'm not giving up the hood cleaning gig. And I have owned a restaurant in the past.
My reasons for wanting a restaurant again are very personal. I'm not ready to discuss just yet.

And I too have equipment stored away. As well as access to a lot more.

I hear ya Lou.I can't get the restaurant thing out of my system either,been around it my whole life in one form or another.Good Luck with your next venture!

I used to have a custom commercial upholstery shop. I specialized in restaurant booths, singles,doubles, round as well as corner booths.
