New truck help needed!!!

my wife and I are currently in the process of renovating a step van to to serve scooped ice cream from. I am trying to figure out the electrical and pumping for the truck. I'm not finding much about how to set up the plumbing, where to purchase and the same for the electrical. It should be a basic truck to set up since there will be no food prep taking place. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!

Delight, what are your exact questions on the plumbing and electrical? What have you read as far as health dept and L&I? You will hyave to submit a plan review to Grant County(think thats where you are), and to L&I BEFORE you start to build anything. Do some reading here Here's L&I form More....

@chefbuba - thanks for the reply. I have a packet from l&i which give me the requirements. I'm trying to figure out things like size of fresh water tank, gray water tank, pumps, where to purchase and so on. I'll look throug your links.

You can get any of the tanks from an rv dealer, or order online. Need mininum of 5 gallon fresh water, waste tank has to be 15% larger. 5 gallon hot water heater or on demand. Need 3 compartment sink with drain boards, and hand sink. 3 comp sink has to have a 1" air gap. Can not be plumbed directly to the waste tank.

I was going to go to an rv store in spokane here someday to pick up plumbing parts. Will they be able to lay out a plumbing system for me? Is there an online site that is better? What do you mean can not be plumbed directly to the waste tank?

laying out a plumbing system is really pretty simple, if you want, draw me a simple picture of what and where, and i would be glad to draw you something up i will use lots of pretty color codes also, lol my truck is at the shop waiting for parts to come in for the rear end so im sitting here all weekend twiddling my thumbs !

personally i would go with a small 5L instant on propane water heater.... fires off of batteries, much smaller then a tank unit, a bbq tank would probably last a year, uses no electricity, limitless hot water, super simple to plumb in and hook up
