New york steak and a potato Sun, 02/22/09 7:33 AM (permalink)
I thought id post my first food pic, im new at this so i hope it looks good!

I seasoned the steak with kosher salt, fresh black pepper and garlic powder and rubbed it with some EVOO, i cooked it in a super hot cast iron skillet for about 4 min each side.....and just a plain ole twice baked potato with jack and cheddar cheese, i was too lazy for bacon,lol....i also had some snow crab clusters that arent pictured.

Nothing wrong with that picture, accept it, would have looked a little nicer on my plate.
Good job Thundacat, that Bud was a topper.

What, no veggies? You forgot to add a sprig of parsley to the plate!
