Robert Shenise and Walter Szwetkowski, April graduates of Hot Dog University, recently opened Nipper's Hot Dog in Troy, NY. Nipper's is open daily for lunch serving Vienna Beef hot dogs to the hungry masses. Why stop at poppy seeds...anybody ever seen a seseme seed hot dog roll...that sounds like it would be pretty good!!!
