"Low-calorie clouds of flavor" don't sound substantial enough to be truly enjoyed.

It sounds a little like a fast food concept instead of an electronic cigarette.

Nutrisystems had flavor sprays several years ago.
 
They discontinued them.
 
As for caffeine, this would be wonderful for those that suffer migraines.  I keep the little 2 ounce pure caffeine add to coffee cups next to my bed because every migraine I've ever had occur at 3 - 4 AM   in the morning.  Gulp one down when I realize that the headache is a migraine and it doesn't progress.
 
They also go with me when I travel!  I haven't had a full blown migraine since I implemented this "cure" two years ago.
 
Caffeine is dangerous, though.  The FDA might need to chime in on this one as it's administered more like a drug than food.

I saw a piece about this on the news today...each one is a 100 mg dose...and concerns about abuse are being voiced...they might come in handy when driving on long trips...
 
I bought some "Terriyaki food spray" at Safeway last week...I've never seen such a thing...it does work, but it's probably best if I DON'T read the ingrediants label...
