Hamish watched this with me. He had a very guilty look on his face. He knows he's been busted for this before too.

We have a beagle mix and she's a noted table and counter-snatcher.  If our kitchen was accessible as the one in the video I'm sure she'd get into a lot more.

We have 2 cats that like to do damage at night.  Never know what you'll find in the morning, like knocked-over plants with dirt on the carpet, the tablecloth, placemats, napkins, pepper mill, salt grinder all on the floor in a heap, a Kleenex ripped to shreds and scattered everywhere.  When I confront them with, "WHO DID THIS?"  they both look innocent.  "It wasn't me!"

Oh no...our cat doesn't jump on counters or the table.  He was trained not to...and he doesn't.

The culprit is the 10-month old kitten!

I knew I shouldn't have shown this to Hamish. We went for dinner tonight and when we got back, the big bag of shake mix for my diet was on the floor. He basically did the same thing as the video---moved the chair over to the counter from the table, jumped on the counter, walked past the sink on the narrow ledge, walked past all the dishes and pots drying, around the corner and got the bag. It was partially open on the floor halfway into the den. I don't think he liked it. He knew he was guilty though!

And yet he looks so innocent here.......

The morning's find.....Hamish had also eaten a whole bag of Garlic and Cheese Toasts last night on the above described foray. Does he really look in the picture like he's starving?

Nope, that dawg is not starving.  Bella will NOT eat people food.  That's a good thing.  The kitten has been known to rip a saltine out of my hand and chow down on it.
But the REAL chowhound was one of my servers who went home drunk and ate a whole bag of Liver Snaps.  Bleeeech.  Oh, I also has a sous chef that went home drunk and ate some raw chicken legs.  Idiots.
