O. T. Hodge's on Jefferson Avenue in St. Louis has been closed for a while. However, the good news is that a new location has opened in Ferguson near the airport. It is 1.25 miles N of I-70 on Florissant Road on the east (right) side of the road.

Be sure and get a slinger!

You have committed an act of extreme cruelty in urging us to look at that Slinger. YUM!

        Michael,
You're correct...That SLINGER looks like a great hangover-cure! I must try that one sometime soon.

The one on Jefferson was way cool...sorry to see it's gone. My date ordered a slinger while I was fighting off the remainder of a hangover *shudder*. It was terrifying, but the chili was pretty darned good.

Two years ago there were several... Crestwood, Jefferson Avenue, etc. They're all gone.

The one in Clayton is also closed. We drove by the restaurant today to check it out. I guess there is only the one in Fergusen left. It is a great place and it always was crowded. I don't know why the other ones closed.
