Pets don't count.

The panda bear that I had until I was twenty-eight.  It belonged to the woman who threw it out... my mother who it was given to at the age of eight.

My house in Sheboygan Wi..While I never embraced the small town feel, I had a beautiful victorian home and nice sized backyard. The house had a great room with a fireplace, beamed ceilings and built in book cases.Hated the area, loved the house.

My "Caterpillar yellow" Ford van, the only vehicle I have ever owned that was built to my specifications.  It was back in the '60s, and at that time, absolutely no one had a bright yellow vehicle for their personal vehicle.  I built a full-sized bed in it (to use for camping) using a sheet of plywood topped with a 3"-4" thick slab of foam rubber, all covered with burnt orange velour.  Underneath the bed were two large storage areas.  It had dual batteries, one for the van and the other to power an AC/DC refrigerator near the rear door.  I drove it for 5 or 6 years, and put a ton of miles on it travelling around North America on my vacations, before finally trading it in.  I have had, at one time or another, four other vans since then, but none like my first one.

Maybe my upbringing. But everything I have at all times is for sale. Yes I have pic.'s of family and places that will never leave The Family archives. Never had them in my possession but my Fathers Dogs Tags.

I wish I had kept all of the Beatles LP's that I had while growing up. I got them from my mom and sold them when I was down and out in the 80's.    ;-(

My collection of punk rock and new wave 45rpms that I collected in the mid to late '70s and early '80s. Lots of rare stuff in there. They were stolen by someone close to me and sold for drug money. I forgave that person, but still miss the records.

My first house we brought when I got married once (35 years ago). It was in what is now the Five Points Section of Huntsville. It was a 2 bedroom brick house w/fireplace, a cellar, a attic room, large living room, small bath. We paid $10,000 for it and our payments were $100 a month. But, nothing would do several  years later that I wanted a bigger more modern home. So we were having a house built and then I got a divorce. Boy, was I stupid to give up that house (but not the husband). It would have been paid for a long time ago and I would have a house in the historical district. I sometimes drive by the house and it looks great. The people that bought it have added on to it and have kept it up beautifyly. If only......!

My 1966 Pontiac Catalina 2 door hardtop - Hunter Green with black interior and my 1972 Cadillac Coupe DeVile 2 door hardtop. Biege body with a green vinyl top. Chick Magnets!
Then there were the 45's, 78's and 8 tracks that might be worth something today.

There used to be a place in Tempe that sold 8 track tape decks and tapes. Don't know if they are still in business. LOL

Too funny. Mine was a '66. I bought for my about-to-be bride as a wedding present. I had to order it as they hadn't yet been delivered to dealers.

Wow, that was quite a car! They do have an amazing sound.

There certainly were a lot of replicars out there, like the one on TV, but people also converted genuine hardtops to convertibles because the spyders were so rare. I can't imagine taking a saw to a Ferrari. Gotta have a big set or real deep pockets!
