Junie May's BBQ is delicious and may be the best place to eat in this small town. Don't be concerned if the wait staff and kitchen staff look like kids. They serve up excellent ribs, sausages and brisket. The sauce that comes with the dinners is a small serving, but turns out to be adequate. Baked beans include crispy bits of tasty pork. Salads are good, but the cornbread was dry the night I was there.

I have been to Ogallala for a cow sale with a colleague of mine. It was several years ago. I do not think we had anything to eat there but we did buy a jug of liquor. It was for evening consumption when we checked into a hotel. Paul E. Smith Knoxville, TN
