Oil for frying funnel cakes

What type of oil do you guys use?

I would rather have something on the healthier side.

    Stick with Canola. (Peanut is good, pricey, but good.. But then there's several people with peanut related allergies).

    For home use I use Canola. If you're doing it commercially, you may need one of those blended oils that don't break down as fast at high temps. I like to keep my temp @ 165.
