Old Candy Bar.... REMEMBER???

Man oh Man, I loved this candy bar when I was in the 7th grade. I think it was called Big Kat?? or Big Cat?? or Bob Cat?? or Bob Kat?? I'm not sure. I remember it was in a cream color package and I think it had a tiger or lion on it..... CAN ANYONE HELP???? I've been racking my brain with this one.

Lets see, it was 1985-1986 and I live in Texas. It was NOT a kit Kat Bar!!! They sold it at our snack line at school.

Sounds like it might be a "Lion Bar". They're made in England by Cadbury, the last I knew. Hard to find here, though. I used to buy a bunch of them to bring home with me from Bermuda. Maybe a British import shop or specialty candy place might carry them. Good luck.

I used to LOVE kit kat bars..........
Unfortunetly the recipe was changed and they taste like crap (To me anyway)
Made by Hersheys
Original recipe used: SOYA LECITHIN
New recipe uses: SOY LECITHIN (The Only change)
Outcome: Tastes like crap (Too sweet)

Sounds like a Lion Bar! Nestle still makes them here in the UK, dunno about the states though! Was it wafer with crispies and caramel covered in chocolate? They are yummy!

The Kit Kat bars in Canada taste different, they're more dark chocolately, less milk chocolatey. Not as good as in the U.S., in my opinion.

Could it have been Sprint? I used to eat those in the early 80's.
Then one of the big companies started making them and they're now called Twix.
