Old Neighborhood NC dogs are in the deli case at the Hanaford stores up here.
Doubt they're all beef, but I like them. Stopped buying the Kayem NC deli dogs.
Lets wait and hear what John Fox has to say.

Old Neighborhood franks are made in Lynn, Massachuesetts. I've never had one, but someone that I know who has says that they're fairly mild tasting. I know that most of the places in New England that use this dog steam or boil it, which is not my favorite way to prepare a beef/pork dog. Some places do deep fry or grill this dog. One such place is called Elvis's Dogs. Located in Lunenberg MA, they prepare an Old Neighborhood frank on the griddle. I think they also butter and grill a New England style bun.

A new stand opened up in Hampton Beach New Hampshire called Bucky's Weenie Wagon. They serve the Old Neighborhood dog boiled with a variety of toppings.
