Chewy is back in the saddle, there is a new sheriff in town. ......Chewy that looks great, now just tell me the Corned beef is tender, melt in your mouth juicy. I want one now....................pnwc

pnwchef Chewy is back in the saddle, there is a new sheriff in town. ......Chewy that looks great, now just tell me the Corned beef is tender, melt in your mouth juicy. I want one now....................pnwc I smoke it 16-18 hours, cool it, slice it, put it on the Keating Flat Top, to give the fat a little rendering, Lordy it's tender and jucy. In the pic, you'll see some homemade potato chips I am again making, you get them or twice fried FF with the sandwich or a 1/2 lb platter with any 2 sides!

I really don't know, do you make it at home? Do you call a really good one Hoffman Beef and a dried out one, Voss beef?
