In my area there always seems to be a McDonalds (or vice versa)built near a Burger King. If I'm craving(which isn't often)Burger King, I get what I get, then hit McDonald's drive through for fries. I don't like this new "crispy" thing, or Ore Idas "fast food" fries at all. Just give me french fried potatoes!

I'm with you, Rusty246, and have done the burger at BK/fries at McD's thing myself. Seasoned/crispy/battered fries very bad. Worse, many young servers don't seem to know the difference - I've actually sent them back a couple times.

Wah! Poor baby did not get his fries, so he had to kick out a cop's window. Seems like a cool, calculated response to me. Hell, I might have done that if BK did have the fries. Their fries stink.

This only bolsters the theory of the far-reaching and still felt repercussions of the Irish Potato Famine of the 1840's.
