How do you know if your town is over saturated with carts. I haven't seen many in mine except for home depots and lowes. Or maybe it's already been tried and they don't sell.

The only way to know is to invest and put one out there. If you make money, it's not saturated. If you go broke....who knows? Maybe your mustard was too runny.

If your in a fair sized town/city, you could do well by City Hall/ the Courthouse.
