    a “dessert version of the turducken,” composed of “CHERry, PUMpkin and apPLE pie,” baked into three separate cakes, then assembled into an enormous layer cake [covered in light brown frosting, piped into a ribbed texture, with diagonal lines of white icing dots].
     
    There are several versions out there.
     
    Chef David Lowery creates these HEAVY masterpieces (21 lbs for this dessert)

              that picture's in somebodys home kitchen, & it looks pretty cool!
              I'd like to try about a 1/2 inch slice of that.
