Parkmoor dog?

Does anyone remember the "Pedigreed Hotdog" at Parkmoor in St. Louis?
The restaurants are gone, but the memory of that dog's flavor lingers.

Problem is I can't remeber what exactly was on it. I want to recreate it.

When the restaurant starting sinking they changed the name to "premium frankfurter sandwich", but it's always "Pedigreed" to me.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
