Pasquale's pizza sandwiches

Pasqualie's used to be a much larger company in the 1960's. The still have a parlor in Erlanger, KY devoted to Pizza's and Subs. They have hot subs which are great. My favorite is an Italian lunch meat (4 different cold cuts) sub, cooked hot with pizza sauce and motzerella cheese. After cooking, the bread is wiped with garlic butter. MMMMMgood

I don't remember Pasquale's too well, as the only one in my area that I knew of went out of business when I was about 7 years old in the early 80s. The main reason I remenber liking to eat there, was because they had little Black & White TVs on each of the tables. Was this a feature chainwide? I also seem to remember that the local Pasquale's was a modular building that was towed away when they went out of business. Was this common?
