Pasquale's pizza sandwiches

Pasqualie's used to be a much larger company in the 1960's. The still have a parlor in Erlanger, KY devoted to Pizza's and Subs. They have hot subs which are great . My favorite is an Italian lunch meat (4 different cold cuts) sub, cooked hot with pizza sauce and motzerella cheese. After cooking, the bread is wiped with garlic butter. MMMMMgood

I don't remember Pasquale's too well, as the only one in my area that I knew of went out of business when I was about 7 years old in the early 80s. The main reason I remenber liking to eat there, was because they had little Black & White TVs on each of the tables. Was this a feature chainwide? I also seem to remember that the local Pasquale's was a modular building that was towed away when they went out of business. Was this common?
