Pennsylvania B&B's with Restaurants

Hello all! I am presently working on a project involving Pennsylvania cuisine. I am looking for the names of Pennsylvania B&B's that have quality restaurants affiliated with them on site. I will leave the term "quality restaurant" undefined as I am also interested in the way you define that term. Thanks in advance for your input. Best, Sam

The Applebutter B & B in Slippery Rock is right next door to the Wolf Creek School Cafe, an eclectic little place with really good food. I assume the two are connected because of the proximity, but I could be wrong. http://www.applebutterinnpa.com/

Gettysburg PA Herr Tavern & Publick House www.herrtavern.com fine dining thier is also a bar beside it called the livery stables. very nice place
