Trying to decide which to use. Is the Premium stuff worth the extra 10 dollars per 30 lbs.?

$46 for 30 lbs. vs. $35.

Oh, and by the way, I will be using this batter to make fried oreos, twinkies, and moon pies.

Some things I'm seeing are saying to just use pancake batter.

    Any thoughts on this matter?

No. Use good clean oil and you'll be fine with the $35 bag.

There is not that much difference between the two, the PA Dutch is a tad sweeter, but it's covered by   P sugar or toppings so it is not noticable.

Save the $11 and use the gold medal.  They have been around for a long time they have to be doing things right.

Like Porkchop said, use clean oil and keep it clean.

The difference I research was that the Gold Medal and PA Dutch is that the GM is manufactor in a facility that has peanut oil. Thats way I am going with PA Dutch that why I dont have to worn the guest.
