I see from their website that Pepe's in New Haven is open for lunch !!!
Is that something new ???

I don't think it's new. We were there 10 years ago at lunch and when we arrived there was a huge line. I was a little ticked off at the prospect of waiting in line to eat lunch but the place had just opened and we were able to make the first seating.

I don't know why I thought they were closed for lunch.
I missed many a good meal thanks to that misimpression.
