Perfect Ice Cream Cake

I am planning a baby shower for the end of the month
and want to end the meal with a fantastic ice cream
cake. In the past we have ordered a cake from Carvel.
I'm toying with the idea of doing something more
upscale but not too over the top price wise. The
shower will be in the vicinity of Hartford, Ct.
I've checked out Coldstone on the internet but feel
that the pickup in the hot weather is not close
enough to the shower site.
