I'm not much for using honey and that's a lot of oil. Also, pretty low hydration, but.............I'm sure it would be better than Pizza Slut, PJ's, etc. jmho, pb

The oil in that recipe reminds me of the time 20 years ago when all the Pizza Huts out on Long Island used 2 1/2" paint brushes to coat the pans they baked the pizzas in with an oil that resembled liquid Mel-Fry. I wonder what step (3) in that recipe is???

I have no idea what Mel-Fry is but the name gives me disturbing thoughts involving the late Vic Tayback...  Brad
