So many good things, Dale. The crab claws at Wintzell"s brought back memories---they were awesome. And Oki dogs-----for  few years I was having them twice a week. Parks BBQ is awesome too----about the best Korean BBQ I've had here. Great Post!

Dale,
I really appreciate the efforts you are putting into this record of the great foods we find all over this wonderful country. We have not been able to continue with as much travel as we want to recently, so looking back at the places and the food your have enjoyed has been a very good thing for us. Please keep up the good reporting, and let us know when you are in the area, we'd love to do a meet-n-greet when you're in town.

WJ, What can I say!?  Excellent take on Maine.

I got a kick out of the video also.  I guess it's a common thing to find someone from Mass. doing 50 in the passing lane.  And here I thought it only happened to me

WJ, Roadfood is honored that BB and yourself has such a wonderful hobby exploring the USA and adding food to your agendae.  I almost felt like Roz and I were there with you as we were on several of your food adventures.

Like Al, I have traveled less in 2010 due to selling our company.

I hope to see you soon.

Maine is on our list of places to visit someday, and food like that makes it worth the risk of running into a character from a Stephen King story!

Did you ever wonder why there are no states whose name starts with a "B" ??

Probably for the same reason there are no states that start with a  "Z"

Well, there is 'Bama.......

Seriously though, great shots of two of my favorite things----the West Indies Salad and the Fried Crab Claws at Wintzell's. I spent many a Happy Hour sitting in the Oyster bar devouring those along with platters of fresh Gulf oysters.
And the Oki dog-----who could believe that it could be so good? Da Kine is great too----they had my favorite Poke at the Festival I attended a few weeks ago.
dale, you are truly inspired with your selections. I haven't seen anything yet that doesn't make me want to go on a road trip immediately to eat those dishes.

Thanks Ed,

My roadfooding has been very limited this year- I'm hoping it will pick up  this summer- but that all depends.

I just thought I would add some "Roadfood Relevant" stuff in the meantime
