Liking the kraut burger...is it baked into the bread?

 
Yes it is, in fact when I arrived at the bakery, they were still baking in the oven so I had to pass my time with a peanut butter roll and one of the best iced coffees I ever had.

Nice, wanderingjew.  I regularly hit up all three of those places in NH.
 
Indeed, I usually get the pork pie at Red Arrow as well (I seem to get all sorts of flights back to MHT arriving in the middle of the night, and Red Arrow's 24 hour service make it a fairly regular stop):

The Poutine you show looks like it has meat in it. I thought Poutine was only French Fries, Cheese Curds and Gravy. Am I missing something. Don't get me wrong. It looks even tastier with the meat in it.

Chez Vachon doesn't just have poutine, it has a whole menu of different poutines.

kaszeta is correct. Chez Vachon serves Poutine with various fillings- Mine was a non-traditional Poutine with steak tips. Here is an excerpt from their menu
 

Poutine

Pronounced "Puts-in". A plate of french fries, topped with Canadian curd cheese covered with spicy chicken gravy. Choose plain or one of our meat fillings.  May substitute spaghetti sauce or beef gravy.

Regular        Large

I have lots of new photos to add, unfortunately a couple of states will be out of Alphabetical order since I never set placemad aside for Arkansas or Delaware...
I'm probably going to hold off on New Mexico until after my visit this July...

Without a doubt, one of the best threads on Roadfood.
 
So what would be the regional food in Delaware?  I have had really good scrapple and blue crabs in Delaware, but both of those items are more associated with other states.  There has to be other regional foods associated with Delaware.

I'm so glad to see this report!  As a fairly recent addition to the forum party, I've missed a lot of info and pics.
 
I love the way this is organized by state.
 
Also, there's some EXTREME food in here--the pork chop sandwich and buffalo steak leap to mind.
 
And, of course, some very fine desserts and pies.

Like some states, I think Delaware shares a few things with neighboring states. Of course Maryland, and South Jersey come to mind. Since Wilmington is  basically a Philly suburb, I would include cheesesteaks and hoagies. Unfortunately I don't have any photos from Delaware yet. All of my stops in Delaware were pre digital photo.

Your thread is great... I agree.  I appreciate all the time and effort you take to put it together, helping all of us.
 
BUT...  Don't talk down to threads that some of us enjoy just because you do not. They are not below you because you are not above any of us. 
 
Our threads are just as important.
 
If you delete your thread that the quote comes from, I'll delete this one.

Everyone puts down my threads  and trip reports all the time... you should see some of the seething hate mail I get......however I just don't care anymore...
