(Full Review) The absolute WORST PIZZA I have ever had. I've had napkins that were thicker than this pizza. the staff is extremely rude, 3 out of 4 times that I have ordered from here the orders have been wrong. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE...THEY ARE THE WORST..THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER YOU ARE JUST $$. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN...THE STAFF IS SO DUMB THAT THEY ACTUALLY WILL TELL YOU THAT THE OVENS ARE DIRTY AND DON'T COOK EVENLY.. Oh yeah, they'll be in business for a long time..HAHA

I don't know if this is true of Piatza's, but a lot of pizza places don't clean their ovens as the stuff on the bottom is what gives the crust its "character". Also, many pizza ovens don't cookm evenly and have hotter and cooler zones. That may not neccesarily be the makings of a dumb staff. Just my 2 cents.

I agree with billyboy. Sounds like they're using an old brick oven (best one for cooking a pizza IMHO). If they where out for $$, they'd probably have one of them conveyor ovens.. Either way, getting an order wrong over and over is again is not good. But considering your in NY, you shouldnt have any problem finding another place.
