You know, I'm not a fan of French fries, although I'll eat them occasionally with vinegar. But those fries in your photos are mine! And I'll fight anyone who tries to take one.

I blanche some garlic and parsely in olive oil, toss the fries in a spoonfull of it then add some fresh garlic minced in my blender, finger sprinkeled on top, then salt, pepper, and granulated garlic on top. Trust me, it's addictive!  . I like to dip them in Buttermilk Ranch Dressing!

I thought Congress had, in its wisdom, outlawed the use of anything ranch in connection with its use on or in food.

You are great at pic's. I cannot taking pic's of food or anything. Want to see a finger, or and eye LOL Worst half refuses to take pic.'s of food. I mentioned earlier about no way. We do a Bacon salt garlic fry that is our second best seller. Fry the taters, sprinkler the bacon salt on the fries and add the Garlic. Went thru 20/ orders HR. last nite .
