Cold rare side pit beef , pics not great, but you get the idea. I/2 lb. with fries, have a kikin sauce with it!

Well, I'm a medium guy, but it looks darn good to me, Chewy. And the fries always look good. I'll bet that sauce packs a powerful punch.

Looks very good, Tom, But I like mine 'Warm, and cut a bit thicker !! Here's the Pit Man at work !  And here is my serving, with a couple of Fried Green Tomatoes on the side. Bread???? We do'n need no steeken Bread !!   Just kidding my friend, that sandwich looks great !

I am quite troubled by what I see in that first picture. No wonder it's fuzzy!  Now that It has been circled in the second picture, go back to the first. You can't miss it!  Say it isn't so!

Mar-too funny! CTF- a scrumptious looking sandwich, and love your sauce recipe!Beef and horseradish-doesnt get any better than that! I bet the fries would be good dunked in that!

lol only you could find a rat in the meat mar!
I prefer beef cooked at least medium well. I have an aversion to undercooked bloody meat of any kind.
