So what's all this I'm hearing about the "best pizza" in the US - Pizza Bianco in Phoenix, AZ? Newsweek story this week, James Beard Award, new book out, (good publicist?).
Has anyone eaten there?

Isn't that the place a New York Times writer picked last year as having the the top apizza in the United States?

Last Christmas, I received "The Soprano's Family Cookbook" as compiled by Artie Bucco. The recipe page for pizza is titled "Ah Beetz'". BTW, it also has recipes for "Sunday Gravy" (meat sauce) and "Marinara Sauce". Neither lists any kind of cheese as an ingredient. pb
