Pizza

One of the best Pizza's is Gay 90's in Pleasanton CA. Big, thick, and juicy. Try it.

    Thin.

In my opinion, pizza is a rustic food (Pepe's for me) with a rustic Italian crust ... and the thicker the crust, the doughier -- especially at places that think bulk = a better product.

I had an outstanding pizza this week at a place in Stanton, DE just on the edge of Wilmington called Guisseppe's. Thin crust, but very flexible and chewy, not crisp. I loved it. I also tried a Sicilian type crust which was very thick, yet kind of crispy on the very bottom. I liked both.
