Places Known For the Signature Drink

Last night I was discussing with friends about hurricanes (the drink). I make a mean one with a kick like a mule. It got me thinking about other places known for their signature drinks.
Pat O'Briens - Hurricane
Trader Vic's - Mai Tai
Margaritaville - Margarita
What else stands out in your minds?

Irish Coffe at the Buena Vista in San Francisco..... it's very good, but much like any other Irish coffee

The Delta Upsilon house at Colgate University in the 90s was known for a great semi cold can of Milwaukee's Best. Yum!

Not really a signature drink, but the 25 cent martinis at Commander's Palace (linch only I think) in New Orleans are kind of famous.
The rum swizzle at The Swizzle Inn in Bermuda.

For CajunKing here is that Pat O'Brien's Hurricane from New Orleans Bourbon Street in the French Quarter.  Now I wish I had taken that photo of a Margarita at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville in Key West, Florida last October.

Very Close! 2 short blocks. We first sat at the bar...Male Bartender made our drinks, close to 3 shots of Rum ....Female Bartender next to him was mixing drinks using about 1 good shot. They were very busy, we waited for Male bartender for our refill. Mike
