Places to eat a lunch near Rutgers Busch Campus

Will be visiting my son doing a summer program at Rutger's Busch Campus. Visiting is just a few short hours. We want to take him for a nice, but quick lunch or brunch. Any suggestions??

Highland Park isn't too far away and Pithari Restaurant has fantastIc Greek food.

Can I add breakfast to my request. My wife is thinking we might take my son to a late breakfast. Again we have time restraints. So it can't be too far away.

You might want to try the Skylark Diner on Rt 1 in Edison. Yes, it's a diner but a very nice one, and the food (including breakfast) is excellent. It's probably 10-15 mins from the Campus (not sure exactly where you are starting from). http://www.skylarkdiner.com/
