Places to eat around Sylvania, Georgia

I'm going to be traveling to Sylvania for business on my way to Pompano Beach, Florida at the first of the year. Be turning East from Macon, on the Interstate or State Hiway's. You people will call the shots for me. A few miles out of my way means nothing for a good breakfast, lunch or dinner. Thanks, George from Wisconsin

You will probably take I-16 over to 301 N. 15 miles above the interstate is Statesboro. 2 locations of Vandy's BBQ,one in the Mall and the old original location downtown. If at lunch hit the downtown location, not open in the evening.

Hi George, you may want to ask the mods to move this to the "Where Should I Eat" forum. You might get more responses there.

Jomax Barbecue in Metter is on your way to Sylvania and that's one of my 2-3 favorite BBQ restaurants in Georgia. I'll be stopping in again myself in about two weeks!
