Just about the tastiest salted snack I have ever had has been plantain chips. There is no available source in my area so when I need a fix I have to order some.

Our phamaceutical firm had several locations in Puerto Rico. Everytime we visited the site, they always had plantain chips with their special dip. They were very good.
