Want a flavorful po-boy? Well, go to Brenda's Diner in New Iberia, LA. A little side trip south of Lafayette off of I-10 will do you right. While you're there, try the smothered cabbage or the shrimp stew. DELECTABLE!!!

The best Po Boy I have ever had is at Ed Seafood Shack on the Causeway in Mobile. Had one before Katrina and after Katrina when Ed's re-opened and they didn't miss a beat!!! I think what makes their's diffrent than most is that the bread is actual grilled garlic bread....oh and you have to put a nice spoonful of their awesome coleslaw on it as well.
