I use 4 Polder Classic Cooking Thermometer/Timer (every day all day long) with all the multifunction buttons, preprogrammed USDA meat settings, and an irritating alarm that over complicates this otherwise more than acceptable tool.

Anyone use this sort of set up and know how to program the alarms off?

Jack

The constant alarm sounds really suck and I have them in my steam tables to be able to tell at a glance what the temp is.

Break the cover open, pair of diagonal cutters and clip one of the wires to the piezo device in there!

Yes I'm Sure that will work...... NOT.
I meant using the programing buttons.
