I've always enjoyed this South Florida chain which goes as far north as Orlando. Does anyone know if there are any outside Florida?

 I checked out the menu at their website,and it looked new and different to me.Wish they had some in Texas.Yum.

I got this thread confused with another recent one on Pollo Loco, so I looked at both websites. They look like similar concepts. Pollo Tropical is concentrated in South Florida, with franchises in Puerto Rico, Northern Florida, NJ and NYC. Pollo Loco seems to be SoCal based with outposts in Nevada and Arizona. We can only imagine what will happen if "Loco" and "Tropical" converge, but based on current data it would likely be someplace over Texas. Brace yourselves, feathers may fly.
