The best St. Louis food there is. I saw an artical on television. One of the news stations had been interviewing a buyer for Schuncks. He said betwwe Dierburgs, Schuncks, and Shop & Save they would buy all the Pork Shoulder available from most meat packers across the country for 4th of July and Memorial day. Nothing better.
