Portable Sink

Hi Everyone, These forums are great. I had a question and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I'm looking for a way to do a portable sink solution. I've decided that I don't need a cart or trailer initially for my setup. What I'm doing can be operated out of a basic stand, but I still need running water to pass HD regulations. So basically I'm in need of a stand alone sink. Does anyone have experience with this? Any help/guidance would be great. Thanks! m

You need a fresh water container, backflow prevention, a pump, as many sinks as your HD requires, faucets, proper drain pipes with traps or air gaps, a grey water tank. You also need a proper way to fill the fresh and drain the grey water. The whole thing needs to be reviewed with your local HD before you build it or you could be wasting your time and $. It wil also need to be sized to your needs depending on what you are serving and how much of it. Most of the info and specifics is in one of the foodtruck/trailer build threads here already. There are units at places like webstaurantstore.com but get a bit pricey.
