Does anyone have an opinion on the Boars Head NC dogs? I boil them up super hot, and they snap and squirt. I think the ones I make at home taste better than 90% of what else is out there. Just curious as to any one elses opinion. Thanks

Boar's Head makes an excellent nc hot dog. They came to the midwest a few years ago and are sold at specialty food stores for twice the price of named brand dogs. I'm not aware of any hot dog stands in Chicago selling Boar's Head, although there is one restaurant in Racine, Wisconsin that sells them.
