I have had bad experiences with hot food and processors! I was a professional chef for 20+ years. Hope you all enjoy the recipe, and feel free to post any other recipes for potato soup here.

Exact recipe but substitute a sage, or Italian, hot or mild sausage...sausage potato soup!
