Potato Pizza

When in Italy I saw and tried a potato pizza...Lots of pizzarias had this "rustic" style pizza..made with either shoe string or thinly sliced potatos,drizzled olive oil, salt,pepper and pieces of rosemary. It's superb. You can make it at home...or get your local pizza place tp try making one. Mine did and it sold well!!!! What do you think?
