Sorry to hear of your loss, having been through such an experience with my FIL, I know how hard it can be.
As my dear friend Fieldthistle said
"We who remain feel loss, but there is a glory for those who go before us."
Take comfort in the thought that she has no more pain or suffering, she walks with those who have passed before us. Rejoice in knowing she is at rest and in a better place.

Please accept my most sincere condolences. I lost my Mom last April and I am still feelng the reverberations from this most important event in my life. Eveyone has their own grief,their own story about their grief. I send you comfort and hope during this time.
I believe that we come out of this experience; changed and somehow enhanced.

Jersey Girl ,
I'm so sorry to hear about your Moms passing . I've been through similar deaths with my father and mother in law . Hospice does a great job and I'm glad they were there to help your family in your Moms final days .

i only wish that i could thank each and every one of you personally- but luckily i can do it jointly this way.
thank you all for your kind words and thoughts and prayers. the week of the wake/funeral and everything else was rough emotionally but just as mom would have wanted it. the days were perfect and HER day was the most peaceful one i've ever attended. guess she still had a hand in things :)
thank you again.. ALL OF YOU..
on a happier note-- YES__ GOOOOOO COLTS!!!! manning finally got the monkey off his back.. GOOD JOB BOYS>..
