Prices & portion size question for the latest popular offerings at the Fairs...

I believe  I have developed a few very good & unique offerings along the line of the new school items akin to those found at the Fairs. I am not exactly in Big Fair Central so I will ask...
 
What are the prices and portion sizes found for snack items such as deep-fried coca cola...oreos candy bars etc.?

Not sure I can help on sizes and prices but I would love to hear your ideas!

Seems that if an item is novel enough people will pay for the "once in a lifetime (year)" chance to try it if it's at least reasonably priced. I recall seeing prices that I would normally consider ridiculous....but that's really the only place you can get those things so they can charge it...supply and demand. Especially if you have something that people want and no one else has.     

Well I have a few catagories....
 
There is a big market for molecular gastronomy (that is not too complicated) because it is a unique & edible show/entertainment act. I have a few exclusive concepts that are also delicious...as far as coffee.
 
I have some snack concepts that are really creative and to die for!!
 
I have to research the prices/portion sizes and make a decision about what I will do with them...before I tip my hand.
