Prince's has been the same for years. I don't recall ever hearing their service is amazing, just the chicken.

I actually like The Chicken Shack's style better than Prince's, I think it's closer to Boo's. I usually have to specify they put the spice to it heavy though or the seasoning can be a little sparse.
I need to try 400 degrees again some time, the one time I went it was almost inedibly salty. I don't get up to Nashville that much any more though.

Sorry to see all the negative comments about the Loveless. I've had dinner there twice in the past three years and enjoyed it each time.
